About R2
R2 is a global standard with a formal audit and certification program designed to recognize facilities that follow environmentally sound management (ESM) practices to manage used electronics responsibly and sustainably. There are more than 1,100 R2 Certified facilities in 40+ countries around the world and 45+ Certified facilities in India. R2 is administered by SERI, a Global Non-Profit organization and is designed to create a world where all electronics are reused and recycled in a way that promotes resource preservation, the well-being of the natural environment, and the health and safety of workers and communities.

Finding a Consultant – Many companies choose to enlist the help of a consultant to help them prepare for certification. If you decide to hire a consultant, be sure to thoroughly screen for experience, qualifications and references.
Finding a Certification Body – R2 facilities can select from any of the approved Certification Bodies (CBs).
SERI License Application for R2 Certification – After contracting with a CB, prospective R2 facilities should complete the online application for a SERI License for R2 Certification.

SERI Certifications Admin – India Based – The Certifications Admin will perform a variety of operational functions to manage the day-to-day business of SERI’s Certification Department. We are looking for a very detail-oriented, highly organized, independent, and efficient professional with business management experience or formal education in the basics of multiple administrative functions of an organization including, data entry, document control, and customer service. A high level of professionalism and discretion is necessary.
